Why should I order online?

By ordering online, you will get prices faster, no hidden tags behind some garments or shelves . You are able to check your budget limits as you add products to your cart and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster.
This could save days of your time. There is no queuing, no need to dress up to go and shop, no unnecessary interactions and its a whole lot safer in these current times. Who needs to look for a parking spot at busy malls when you can shop from the comfort of your home. There is also the luxury of getting access to unlimited local options and a variety of trendy international products, without leaving your home and without having to worry about the logistics of freight and shipping. Shopping has just been redefined and made easier.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use all the major credit cards. You are also able to use EFT/Bank Transfer from your bank to ours as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process. Our online payments are secure
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product.
What is the estimated time for delivery?
If your shipping address is within South Africa, your order will ship within 2 -5 days.
There are some of our products which we classify as Global Shipping products, these will dispatch from our Hongkong warehouse. Delivery is 7 -15 working days. Custom Made dresses and accessories are delivered within 7 -10 days . To avoid dissapointment and just to be safe, if you are buying from our global shipping range for your wedding and special occassions, we advise you to order your dresses at least 1 month before.
Shipping to other countries, delivery is 10 - 15 business days. Please confirm , before placing your order.
Do you have any store locations?
Your Wedding Bliss is an online only company, so unfortunately there are no YWB stores that you can visit. But we do offer returns and exchanges
I would like to fit a dress before buying, Is there an option for booking a fitting?
Unfortunately, for now there is currently no option for fittings. But we are working on it. We do have a size chart and colour chart for each one of our dresses and a guide on taking measurements is available in our blog section. You are assured of ordering the perfect size for you. You are free to also ask as many questions as you want pertaining to a style before you place your order and we will gladly give you all the insights.
What is the return policy?
We hope you love Your Wedding Bliss dresses and accessories but we understand that shopping online can pose challenges when it comes to clothing. If your dress didn’t work out, didn’t fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting please contact us ASAP via email (sales@yourweddingbliss.com) to initiate the return or exchange process.
